Account Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you wish to stop using "Our Journey" and want your data removed, you have two ways to do so.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the app:

• Open the "Our Journey" app.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom to the Danger Zone.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This will instantly and permanently remove your profile, email, authentication records, and all linked personal memories from our database.

Option 2: Deletion Request (Email)

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to request deletion manually:

• Send an email to [info@laplaceapps.com]
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• In the body, specify the email address associated with your account.

Requests are processed within 7 business days.
