Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Our Journey has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe and joyful environment for couples to share their memories.

2. Content Monitoring & Moderation

While we value the privacy of our users, we employ automated systems and human review to scan public posts for signatures of known CSAE material. Any content identified as CSAE will be immediately removed, and the associated account will be permanently banned.

3. Reporting Illegal Content

We work in cooperation with law enforcement agencies and organizations like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We proactively report discovered CSAE content to the appropriate authorities.

4. User Reporting Tools

Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content in the public feed using the "Report" feature in the app. All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.

5. Safeguarding Private Spaces

Private journals are intended strictly for the pair of individuals in the relationship. We encourage users to practice digital safety and never share their login credentials with third parties.
